How Do We Make Alpha Concrete Blocks?

The concrete blocks we manufacture are made with the utmost commitment and dedication. Since Alpha blocks are manufactured to strength levels of 15 MPA, they set a high standard for quality.

Automated Raw Material Batching for Consistent quality

The Automated Batching process gathers the necessary raw materials like cement, sand, and different proportions of aggregates into the planetary mixer. The exact proportions of raw materials will be collected depending on the desired characteristics to obtain high quality concrete blocks.

Planetary Mixer for High Quality Concrete Blocks

The integrated mixer directly feeds the dry materials fetched from the batching process into the machine's hopper. The machine will mix the dry materials along with cement and water to create a uniform mixture.

Automatic High strength Vertical Block Making Machine

The concrete mixture will be loaded into the automatic block-making machine's hopper. The machine will use hydraulic or mechanical mechanisms to mold the concrete mixture into the desired block shape. The machine will exert pressure to compact the mixture and create well-formed blocks to provide maximum strength of 15MPA to Alpha Concrete Blocks.

Curing and Drying

During the 15-day curing process, we ensure the concrete blocks gain strength. After curing, the blocks are usually moved to a drying area to remove excess moisture.

Strapping and Stocking

Once the blocks have dried sufficiently for a certain period, the machine straps the blocks into a set of 28 blocks which will be helpful in transportation and maintenance. We also maintain a large stock of concrete blocks for bulk orders.
